3D setup — drag to orbit, scroll to zoom. The beam pyramid shows the divergent X-rays from the focal spot to the detector; the detector shows the current image.
Radiograph — computed live by sending X-rays through a real CT scan. Mouse wheel zooms, drag pans, right-drag changes window (left/right) and level (up/down), double-click resets.
Projection & geometry — switch between PA and lateral; under Geometry & exposure change the beam direction (PA/AP), the source-image distance, rotate or tilt the patient, angle the tube or collimate the field. Watch the magnification and CTR below the image.
Pathology — add a nodule or mass by clicking into a lung in 3D (then drag it to move it), or add consolidation, lobar atelectasis, pleural effusion and pneumothorax; Lines & tubes adds an endotracheal tube, nasogastric tube, central line or ECG leads. Mark findings (M), Lobes and Heart colour-code what projects where.
Quiz mode — random cases: name the finding, click its location, then see the answer.

The radiographs are simulated from a real CT scan. All pathologies, lines and tubes are added by the simulator; they are not present in the original data.
Changes to the CT data: resampled and cropped to the chest, CT numbers rounded to multiples of 4 HU, arms removed from the field, organ and lobe segmentation, derived surface meshes and landmarks.
The CsI detector attenuation and the tungsten characteristic-line intensities are approximations.
